This location had a minor role in the NO MORE HEROES series. After FU murdered the United States President on live television, he was immediately targeted by three homing missiles. FU launched them back to their country of origin, where they destroyed this unidentified city. Only a silhouette of its skyline was shown, where one building was seen having large domes often seen in Indian or Russian architecture. Its true location wasn’t specified, however.
