This instrumental piece was composed by Akira Yamaoka to raise awareness of relief efforts for victims of the 2011 Tōhoku disaster. It was released for free on GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE‘s Facebook page on March 15, 2011, along with two other pieces, “Otomodachi, before you sleep” and “Otomodachi, in the afternoon.” Otomodachi is a Japanese word meaning “friend.”
