This Destructoid writer has interviewed SUDA51 several times since 2011. His profession, coupled with his own personal affinity for GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE, has put him in the unique position to ask for SUDA51‘s comment on more forthright topics than what might not occur to the average journalist. For example, minutes into their first meeting, Holmes questioned SUDA51 about the validity of the alleged NO MORE HEROES 2: DESPERATE STRUGGLE script leak, even recounting many of its exclusive details to the CEO. He opened another interview offering SUDA51 birthday cake and a copy of NO MORE GENTLEMEN. Another time, SUDA51 humoured the idea of a badminton game with Holmes, leading him to direct a fan game based on this very idea, killer BADMINTON. Holmes also hasn’t been shy about reviewing other fan games, such as NO MORE PLUMBERS.

Most of Holmes’ coverage can be seen on Destructoid, however, analyses and interviews have also been published in NF, NO MORE HEROES: Behind the Scenes, and GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE ZINE. He also produced a T-shirt for charity alongside the ZINE team and Pete Marshall. Furthermore, he co-hosts the podcast Talking to Women About Videogames, which was briefly rebranded as the YouTube channel for Little Grasshopper during the release of killer BADMINTON.
