This gathering event was held at LOFT/PLUS ONE in Tokyo, Japan on March 30, 2011. It was hosted by Kayo Satoh and Rolling Uchizawa and also attended by SUDA51, Yūsuke Kozaki, Shigeto Koyama, Kazutoshi Iida, Vanilla Beans members Rena and Risa, Tadayuki Nomaru, Akira Yamaoka and Yasuhiro Wada. The topics included video games NO MORE HEROES 2: DESPERATE STRUGGLE, FROG MINUTES and Shadows of the DAMNED, the film Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the music app Nagi, and GRASSHOPPER MANUFACTURE‘s fundraising efforts in the wake of the Tōhoku disaster. Songs were also performed by Iida alongside some GRASSHOPPER staff, and Vanilla Beans. GRASSTREAM2 was broadcasted live on Ustream with English commentary by 8-4 Play.
A GRASSHOPPER-themed menu was prepared for the event which included the Ryan Yamazaki Bin-Bin Sausage and Garcia Hotspur Chicken dishes, and drink selections comprised of Paula’s Caprese, Shadows of the Cocktail, GhM GRASSHOPPER Special, and Mojito 51. Furthermore, NO MORE HEROES 2 DESPERATE STRUGGLE ORIGINAL SOUND TRACKS was also sold at the event.

- Paula’s Caprese was the only item on the menu that did not include Paula Wellington‘s surname. Her full name went unrevealed until 2023, when it was shared on X.
