Artwork from this canceled mobile game was revealed for the first time at the 能丸督之の世界 art exhibition in 2023. While the dates for most artwork on display were listed, the dates for all artwork from FIVE was absent, making it unclear when the game was in development. All that can be said at this time is that Tadayuki Nomaru was one of the artists working on the game and that it was planned for smartphones.
Artwork from FIVE showed a city in daylight. In one illustration, a man checked his smartphone outside a building resembling New York City’s Flatiron Building. Two other illustrations were more graphic, showing a woman reclined on an apartment couch with a gaping head wound, and another angle of possibly the same apartment, disheveled with photographs, and an uneven coffee table with one corner soaked in blood. In the third illustration, the apartment door was wide open, while the tenant’s unopened mail rested in the doorway.
